I’ve been living here for 2 years and honestly I couldn’t be happier! The management team is amazing 🤩 Taylor, Ashley, and Merissa are always super helpful and respond really quickly to anything I need. The concierge team is also great and very professional. The place is always clean, which I really appreciate 💯 The location is perfect and convenient for everything. I truly recommend this place, and I will definitely keep renewing my lease because I don’t think I’ll find anything better!

I had the opportunity to tour the property and was pleased with its overall condition and appearance. The home was well-maintained, clean, and offered a comfortable layout with desirable features. The property staff Ms. Ashleigh was super friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. Ms. Ashleigh was very knowledgeable.

The M5250 management has been very responsive to our maintenance requests. Truly impressive service. All of our maintenance requests were resolved quickly within 24 hours in most of the time.

I have been living here for few years, it's such a very peaceful and safe environment to live. Very close to every major upscale restaurants, bars and lounges. Pet friendly

This is my fourth year in this community and I have been enjoying it a lot. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, with great views, an amazing addition that these units have is the storage in the balcony, it is more than perfect and useful.

M5250 is a great apartment community. The leasing office, concierge and maintenance team are super awesome. Arturo, Curtis, Taylor, Merissa, Marilyn and Abraham are amazing! Everyone from the concierge/leasing office/maintenance are all super sweet and helpful.

I’m loving the area as well as the amenities the garage is a great touch to me with the controlled access I would say a point of improvement would be to GET RID OF THIS CARPET IN THESE HALLWAYS OMG. It’s tacky ugly and would get rid of the dull smell. Literally would take the look up 100 fold

After going thru such a tough move it was really nice to be welcomed to M5250 by both Curtis and Merissa. Then to find that the concierge and neighbors are both helpful and pleasent made the move feel even more satisfying. Great Job on welcoming a new resident and neighbor to the community.

Love living here! The concierges are great and Curtis is the best! We really enjoy the pool and the views at sunrise are not to be beat! Appreciate the weekly cleaning in the hallways and elevators.

My only issue and concern is the lack of safety here. There are just way too many people hanging around outside and doing illegal things. There is also not enough security guards and security is lax as it is. Other than that it’s nice.

I enjoy living here always parking staff is very on top of things. I definitely feel safe and it’s very clean. I feel like if you have concerns bring them to staffs attention and they do their best to fix and improve for future!
