This is my fourth year in this community and I have been enjoying it a lot. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, with great views, an amazing addition that these units have is the storage in the balcony, it is more than perfect and useful.

So far this is a great, safe and welcoming community. Friendly staff. Clean environment. I cannot complain. I like the club room, the gym, the pool area, and the game room.

M5250 is a great apartment community. The leasing office, concierge and maintenance team are super awesome. Arturo, Curtis, Taylor, Merissa, Marilyn and Abraham are amazing! Everyone from the concierge/leasing office/maintenance are all super sweet and helpful.

I’m loving the area as well as the amenities the garage is a great touch to me with the controlled access I would say a point of improvement would be to GET RID OF THIS CARPET IN THESE HALLWAYS OMG. It’s tacky ugly and would get rid of the dull smell. Literally would take the look up 100 fold

After going thru such a tough move it was really nice to be welcomed to M5250 by both Curtis and Merissa. Then to find that the concierge and neighbors are both helpful and pleasent made the move feel even more satisfying. Great Job on welcoming a new resident and neighbor to the community.

Love living here! The concierges are great and Curtis is the best! We really enjoy the pool and the views at sunrise are not to be beat! Appreciate the weekly cleaning in the hallways and elevators.

My only issue and concern is the lack of safety here. There are just way too many people hanging around outside and doing illegal things. There is also not enough security guards and security is lax as it is. Other than that it’s nice.

Great views and concierge adds security and customer service needed. Pool is huge and provides an oasis away from the norm A place to walk your pets and be in a safe environment

I enjoy living here always parking staff is very on top of things. I definitely feel safe and it’s very clean. I feel like if you have concerns bring them to staffs attention and they do their best to fix and improve for future!

Curtis was amazing from start to finish. He explained everything to me in detail even if I questioned it for the second time, he was very understanding in the process went smoothly, even though I personally did not move in time enough for myself

In my short time here I have honestly had a very good experience. The only things of note about the community is probably some of our fellow neighbors that don’t take the policies as serious as they should. We should be a little more courteous to each other with some of the policies that are in place to ensure that everyone has a good environment to live in, smoking inside is already disgusting. It makes the common areas smell terrible and does not give the luxury vibe that the building is going for obviously. The staff is honestly really awesome from what I’ve experienced the parking situation. I really appreciate all of the towing. I definitely hope I’m never a victim, but following the rules should result in me not having that experience. I hate that there are third-party services involved in a lot of our amenities but all in all the community has been very serving. Definitely hope that it continues to serve.

Just been 2 days since my move in. But I am already feeling a change in energy. Feels so positive and nice. I really love the modern feel of the apartment. Residents/property management are extremely nice.

The hot tub never works. 🥲 but other than that life’s great here. Conceirge is great, management is efficient and understandable, maintenance gets things done same day/next day.

Leasing staff is friendly and do their best. Maintenance and concierge staff are also great. Views and convenience of places to eat and the mall being right across the street are great, as well. Tenants are hit and miss. Some are great. Others were obviously brought up without home training and have no value of trying to keep up the place they live.

I love it here! The building is clean and quiet and the amenities are beautiful. My son loves the pool and it’s never too packed. We are excited to be moving to a bigger unit to stay longer!

So far I love it! The area is quiet. Everything is updated. I love the view from my apartment! Parking is always available. The residents are so nice and so are the staff!

M5250 is a great place!! The view is beautiful! It is located literally in the heart of the galleria. It has nice and up to date amenities, the pool is really nice too. Concierge is very kind, the gym has everything you need!
